Tea and Self-Care: it is so important that we all look after ourselves. In this modern world we can be so busy that we forget to take the time to pause and care for ourselves – something that is essential for our quality of life as well as being beneficial to our mental and physical wellbeing.

In these times when we have more than usual to worry about and more of us are stuck at home in front of the computer than ever, it is especially important to make sure that we practice self-care.

You have done the hard part, you have taken the time for yourself. Don’t forget to check in with how you’re feeling. All the stress of the day will seem a lot more manageable now, and that healthy caffeine kick won’t hurt either.
