1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to the shipment of physical products purchased through newbyteas.in. Separate terms may apply for private events, tastings, or other experiences organised by Newby Teas and will be communicated where relevant.
2. Shipping Methods
Newby Teas works with trusted courier partners to deliver orders across India.
3. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details if you selected a tracked shipping method, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.
4. Delivery Information
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery at the address provided.
We require a valid physical delivery address and cannot ship to PO Boxes.
5. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact sales-support@newbyindia.com within 3 days of delivery, including your order number, a video of unboxing and photographs. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The version published on www.newbyteas.com at the time of your order will apply.
Return Policy

1. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales-support@newbyindia.com, quoting your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel your order, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun or the order has been dispatched.
If cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days, although this may vary depending on your bank.
2. Returns
To return an item purchased from Newby online, please email sales-support@newbyindia.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Please note that returns must be authorised in advance. We cannot accept returns that have not been approved.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales-support@newbyindia.com and include:
- Your order number
- Details of the issue
- Video of unboxing
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened tea products
- Perishable goods
- Items not returned in their original condition
- Items returned without prior authorisation
5. Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
