LFW Festival 2017: Our Highlights

London-Fashion-Weekend-Festival-2017-Newby-TeasWe've rolled into the New Year with a bang, sharing our favourite plant-based recipes for Veganuary, catching up with our friends at Champneys to talk January detoxes and rolling out exciting new announcements on social media and in our e-news. In February we joined British Fashion Council as the official tea supplier for London Fashion Week Festival, and had the pleasure of hosting VIPs, designers, stylish Londoners and our favourite bloggers in the LUXE Lounge. We spent four days with the likes of Maybelline, Tony & Guy and Lavazza, scoping out new trends, attending industry talks and sharing our fine blends with ticket holders at 180, The Strand. With a new venue and bigger, better set-up than ever before, this year's LFW Festival was a truly inspiring event. Here's what we got upto and who we saw there... LFWF-NewbyTeas-EllaMastersNot only did we spy the likes of the BFC's most stylish enjoying our luxury blends, we caught up with British blogger Ella Masters at the event. Ella joined us in the LUXE Lounge for tea and a chat about her lifestyle blog, which is filled with unique stories on anything from her artwork, Ella also creates fantastic illustrations, to fashion and body confidence. Catch up with Ella on Twitter and Instagram, and see her shots from the event. We also had the pleasure of catching up with Rashpal Amrit of brilliant style and menswear blog Style and Stylus. A fashion writer and regular at London's catwalk shows, Rashpal snapped our favourite shots of the LFW Festival catwalk, which was awash with ruffles, micro-florals and soft spring tones. We took plenty of tips on how to dress for brunch with friends or afternoon tea and noticed a few new trends too; whether clashing prints will take off at Newby HQ is anyone's guess. Follow Style and Stylus on Instagram and Twitter to catch Rashpal's latest looks and shots from the event. LFWF-NewbyTeas-RashpalAmritAlso inspiring us with her Duck & Dry blow dry effortlessly-cool outfit was Lucie Kerley of Lucie Loves, a blogger and photographer with a knack for brilliant Instagram stories. We loved posing for her snaps and finding out more about what she gets up to in and around London and of course, her must-read foodie features. Keep up with Lucie on Twitter and Instagram and catch her enjoying our Earl Grey with a good book when she's off duty. Our teas and tisanes were served, not only in the LFWF LUXE Lounge, but in The Store Cafe and Lavazza Cafe too. The perfect place to stop for a quick break from shopping and complimentary manicures, these spots were buzzing from the event's launch on Thursday morning to its big finish on Sunday. We loved stopping by to hear what attendees thought of our luxury blends. The verdict? The style set is fuelled on great tea and like it best without milk. We couldn't have said it better ourselves. We'll see you back at 180, The Strand in September for round two of LFW Festival 2017.
